professional development for the new Bridges curriculum, including learning
walks and job-alike school visits. Collaborative
monthly and/or as needed grade level meetings to review and analyze data to
plan and support responsive instruction to meet and address the needs of learner
variability.

opportunities for all students to demonstrate independence. Feedback to students will reflect high

multisensory literacy practices, differentiated small group instruction, and
the sharing of research based professional resources (which could include
books, online materials, video).

will examine, interrogate, and reflect on their personal biases to become
aware of the ways in which their own cultural experiences influence the
conditions and learning opportunities that they create for students. Teachers will make accommodations/modifications
for exceptional learners.

leadership team will provide ongoing professional development, time for
personal reflection regarding equity journey. Collaborative monthly and/or as
needed grade level planning with our administration, SEL, reading specialist
and grade level resource teachers/special educators and the Student Response
Team.
